At RyKer Studio, we believe that true luxury lies in longevity. Mass production has stripped our homes of character, replacing generational craftsmanship with temporary convenience. We exist to disrupt that cycle, acting as custodians for forgotten relics and preparing them for their next century of use.

Sustainable London & Essex Sourcing

A Zero-Landfill
Commitment

Our sourcing is hyper-local: London townhouse clearances, Essex barns, and East Anglia auction rooms. We actively divert high-quality, solid-timber furniture and handmade ceramics from the landfill stream and place them back into circulation.

Even the offcuts in our workshop are repurposed. Our restoration materials—from organic beeswax to natural varnishes—are chosen for their minimal environmental impact. We prove that a beautiful home does not have to cost the earth.

Located in Colchester, Essex—Britain's first recorded city—we work within easy reach of Marylebone interior designers and Suffolk manor owners alike. We scour the UK to find pieces with strong bones and silent stories, looking past decades of neglect to reveal their architecture.

Whether it is stabilizing the joints of a primitive elm stool, entirely reimagining a Victorian nursing chair with radical new textiles, or French-polishing a mid-century sideboard, our interventions are deliberate.

We do not erase history; we frame it. The marks of time are stabilized, not sanded away, leaving you with an object that commands attention in any room.
