Reimagined objects. Distinctive design.

Recrafted
Originals.

We specialise in reworking vintage and thrifted items into unique, design-led pieces. Every creation is individually crafted, blending reclaimed materials with contemporary visual flair to produce objects that feel playful, unexpected and entirely original.

The Philosophy

Reclaimed materials.
Bold new identities.

We transform overlooked thrift finds into distinctive, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each item begins with a forgotten object and is reimagined through colour, texture and design instinct — creating bold, expressive pieces that bring new life to the everyday.

Sustainable London & Essex Sourcing

A Zero-Landfill
Commitment

Our sourcing is hyper-local: London townhouse clearances, Essex barns, and East Anglia auction rooms. We actively divert high-quality, solid-timber furniture and handmade ceramics from the landfill stream and place them back into circulation.

Even the offcuts in our workshop are repurposed. The materials we use—from organic beeswax to natural varnishes—are chosen for their minimal environmental impact. We aim to prove that a beautiful home does not have to cost the earth.

Material Care

Care instructions for living with your piece.

Ceramics & Glaze Work
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. For stubborn marks, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap and dry immediately. Do not place restored vessels in dishwashers or expose them to sudden temperature swings.
Solid Timbers
Keep timber away from direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight to prevent movement. Wipe spills right away with a barely damp cloth, then buff dry. Refresh the finish a few times a year with a natural beeswax or tung-oil polish applied with the grain.
Metals & Patina
Use a microfiber cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid commercial metal polishes—they can strip the intentional patina. If needed, a pea-sized amount of microcrystalline wax can be buffed on to revive lustre and add protection.
Textiles & Upholstery
Vacuum with a low-suction upholstery attachment weekly and rotate loose cushions to share wear. Spot clean using a PH-neutral fabric cleaner dabbed on with a white cloth—never saturate the textile. For deeper cleans, use a trusted upholstery specialist.
